DELIVERY AND RETURNS:
We have tried to keep our delivery charges to a minimum. We do not profit from delivery charges, what you pay is what we get charged and in some circumstances it will cost us more than you pay. All of our deliveries are fully insured, all deliveries are to your door, for insurance purposes we cannot bring the product into your home. We will call you to arrange delivery on a time that suits you!

IMPORTANT Although we thoroughly inspect all products before they leave our warehouse we advise you to check over the product once the delivery arrives and make sure you are totally happy with the quality and there is no damage. Please thoroughly check your product once you have received & signed for your delivery.
RETURNS? If you receive your product and are not completely satisfied then please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can arrange the return. Once we receive the item back we will issue a refund via the original payment method. (Please read Terms & Conditions) for further info on returns.
We accept all major credit/debit cards for payment as well as PayPal. If your credit/debit card is rejected by our online payment processing systems, please double-check that all the details you entered on the website were correct. Your name and address details must match the cardholder address details held by your card issuer. If the problem persists, please contact your credit/debit card provider.
If the payment is not authorised by your bank or card issuer then the order will not be complete and we will not be able to fulfil the order. Please note that some issuing banks may still reserve your funds for a period of time.
